Terms and Conditons


Enrollment and Registration:

1.1. All students must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.

1.2. Enrollment is subject to availability, and acceptance is at the discretion of the art school.

1.3. Tuition fees is charged based on term and must be paid in full before the commencement of classes.

1.4 Trial class fee is the same as regular class fee.


Cancellation and Refunds:

2.1 All tuition fees are non-refundable, except as stated in section 2.2.

2.2 A student may request a refund of tuition fees within 14 days of enrollment, subject to a deduction of administrative fees, if applicable.

2.3 The art school reserves the right to cancel classes or programs due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will receive credits to match canceled classes or programs.


Code of Conduct:

3.1. Students are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.

3.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the art school.

3.3. Students must adhere to the rules and regulations of the art school premises, including the proper use of equipment and facilities.


Student Drop-off and Pick-up

4.1 For the safety and security of all students, parents/guardians must ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of their child before and after classes.

4.2 Students should be picked up promptly after the class ends. Late pickups may incur additional charges.

4.3 If a student is unable to be picked up on time, the parent/guardian should notify the art school immediately. Students will be supervised in a designated area until their parent/guardian arrives.

4.4 The art school is not responsible for students once they have left the premises or during any unsupervised time before or after their scheduled class.


Make-Up Classes

5.1 The art school understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to student absences from scheduled classes.

5.2 A student can only have up to 2 make-up classes in each term.

5.3 To be eligible for a make-up class, the student or their parent/guardian must notify the art school in advance of the absence. Make-up classes are subject to availability and at the discretion of the art school.

5.4 Make-up classes must be scheduled within 3 days of the missed class and should be within the same term including following school holidays.

5.5 The art school reserves the right to reschedule or cancel make-up classes due to instructor availability or other reasons. In such cases, the art school will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative make-up class.

5.6 Make-up classes cannot be carried over to the next term and have no monetary value for refund or exchange.

5.7 If a student misses a make-up class, no further make-up opportunities will be provided.


Health and Safety:

6.1. Students are responsible for maintaining their physical health and safety during classes and while on the art school premises.

6.2. The art school shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical conditions that may occur during classes or while on the premises.


Privacy Policy:

7.1. The art school will collect and use personal information of students solely for administrative and educational purposes.

7.2. Student information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.


Photography and Media:

8.1. The art school may take photographs or videos of students and their artworks for promotional and marketing purposes.

8.2. Students who do not wish to have their images used must inform the art school in writing.


Changes to Terms and Conditions:

9.1. The art school reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

9.2. Students will be notified of any changes, and continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
